Return & Refund Policy

At Wood Link, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

However, for returns and refunds not caused by defective or incorrect issues, we need to deduct the shipping and restocking costs. The costs is calculated based on the actual weight of the item and the delivery address, and It accounts for approximately 30% of the total order value.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. To start the return or exchange process, please contact us by email

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products that have been used or show signs of wear
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions and a return authorization number
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

  • Send you an email confirmation
  • Process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Issue the refund to your original payment method

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.

  • When your order arrives, please check the package for any damage that may have occurred in transit. It is normal for shipping cartons to show some wear and tear. However, if there is any damage to the items in your delivery, please retain the box, packaging and items and contact us to inform us of the problem.
  • Please attach a photo or video of the damage/defective item to the email.

We will process your order in the following ways:

  • Send a replacement or issue a full refund
  • Cover all return shipping costs
